1. Management of Personal Data
The Client is informed of the regulations concerning marketing communication, the law of June 21, 2014, for confidence in the Digital Economy, the Data Protection Act of August 6, 2004, as well as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR: No. 2016-679).
1.1 Responsible for Collecting Personal Data
For Personal Data collected as part of the creation of the User’s personal account and their navigation on the Site, the data controller is: Hydvance. https://www.hydvance.com is represented by Thomas Andrieu, its legal representative.
As the data controller, https://www.hydvance.com undertakes to comply with the legal framework in force. It is up to the Client to establish the purposes of its data processing, to provide its prospects and clients, from the collection of their consents, complete information on the processing of their personal data, and to maintain a register of processing in accordance with reality. Each time https://www.hydvance.com processes Personal Data, https://www.hydvance.com takes all reasonable measures to ensure the accuracy and relevance of the Personal Data with regard to the purposes for which https://www.hydvance.com processes it.
1.2 Purpose of the Data Collected
https://www.hydvance.com may process all or part of the data:

As soon as https://www.hydvance.com becomes aware of the death of a User and in the absence of instructions from them, https://www.hydvance.com undertakes to destroy their data, unless their retention is necessary for evidential purposes or to meet a legal obligation.

In this case, the User must indicate the Personal Data that they wish https://www.hydvance.com to correct, update, or delete, by identifying themselves precisely with a copy of an identity document (identity card or passport).
Requests for deletion of Personal Data will be subject to the obligations imposed on https://www.hydvance.com by the law, in particular with regard to the conservation or archiving of documents. 1.4 Non-Communication of Personal Data

However, https://www.hydvance.com remains free to choose its technical and commercial subcontractors, provided that they present sufficient guarantees with regard to the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR: No. 2016-679).
https://www.hydvance.com undertakes to take all necessary precautions to preserve the security of the Information and in particular to ensure that they are not communicated to unauthorized persons. However, if an incident affecting the integrity or confidentiality of the Client’s Information is brought to the attention of https://www.hydvance.com, the latter must inform the Client as soon as possible and communicate to them the corrective measures taken. Furthermore, https://www.hydvance.com does not collect any « sensitive data ».
The Personal Data of the User may be processed by subsidiaries of https://www.hydvance.com and subcontractors (service providers), exclusively for the purpose of achieving the purposes of this policy.
Within the limits of their respective responsibilities and for the aforementioned purposes, the main persons likely to have access to the data of the Users of https://www.hydvance.com are mainly the agents of our customer service.
1.5 Types of Data Collected

4. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
